How do I delete my account?

Delete from the profile page in the app. Deletion wipes all your information, connections, plans. If that doesn't work, then email us, and we can help you out.

I'm not getting notifications

First, check that Connections has notification permission on your device (Settings → Notifications → Connections on iOS; Settings → Apps → Connections → Notifications on Android). If permission is on and you're still not getting notifications about your friends' plans, make sure your notification radius in your profile is large enough to include where you are, and that your home location is set.

I can't find my friend to connect with them

Connections finds people by phone number — the same number they signed up with. Check that the number you entered matches theirs exactly, including country code. If they haven't signed up yet, they'll need to install the app first.

Can someone see my exact location?

No. We store your home location so we can tell you about nearby plans from your connections, but we don't show that location to anyone else. Plan locations you set yourself are visible to the connections you invite — that's intentional so they know where to meet you.

How do I report a bug or a bad user?

Email support@lvenok.app with what happened, when, and ideally a screenshot. For reports about specific users, include their phone number or display name. We review reports and can suspend or remove accounts that violate our terms.
