These terms govern your use of Connections. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using Connections

Your content

You own the content you create in Connections — plan titles, plan descriptions, and anything else you type or upload. By creating content you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it so the app can function (for example, showing your plan to your connections). You can delete your content at any time by deleting the plan, your profile photo, or your account.

Our service

We're a small operation. We may change, pause, or stop features at any time, with or without notice. We'll try to give notice for anything that materially affects your account.

No warranty

Connections is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Push notifications depend on third-party services (Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging) and may be delayed or undelivered.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Connections, including but not limited to missed plans, lost data, or inability to contact others through the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which is likely $0 — Connections is currently free).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless required otherwise by local law where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a way that affects you, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
